Open Transit Services LLC was founded on a simple belief: people deserve structure, support, and opportunity—whether they’re a business waiting on a delivery or a driver trying to make a living.

After more than a decade in the medical field, our founder Zaynab saw firsthand how essential reliable transportation is for getting specimens, equipment, and urgent items delivered safely and on time. Later, while helping family and friends dispatch freight, she realized how many independent drivers are out here doing it all alone—juggling routes, paperwork, compliance, and survival. That’s when the vision for Open Transit Services was born.
